<h2>The role</h2>
<p>You start in second-line technical support, working on real bugs, finding root causes, and shipping fixes — while also picking up development tasks from day one. It's the fastest way to actually understand a complex platform.</p>
<div>You'll work inside our tech team alongside Support, Customer Success, and Onboarding, join client conversations when things get technical, and pair with senior developers on lasting solutions.</div>

<h2>What you'll do</h2>
<ul>
<li>Diagnose and fix advanced support cases, focusing on root causes, not workarounds</li>
<li>Support first-line escalations with clear technical guidance</li>
<li>Join client conversations that need developer depth</li>
<li>Ship backend fixes, improvements, and new features across the stack</li>
<li>Work daily with backend code, integrations, and APIs</li>
<li>Use Claude Code and other AI tooling as part of your normal workflow</li>
<li>Document findings so the whole team gets sharper over time</li>
</ul>
<h2><br>Who we're looking for</h2>
<div><br>Fresh out of a Computer Science or software engineering degree, or 1–2 years in the field. Analytical, structured, genuinely curious how things work under the hood, and comfortable in a codebase or a client call.</div>
<div>You don't need to know our platform yet. You need to be curious, quick to dig in, and motivated to grow fast.</div>

<h2>You have</h2>

<li>A degree in Computer Science, software engineering, or related (include your transcript)</li>
<li>C#/.NET experience</li>
<li>Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI dev tools</li>
<li>A working grasp of APIs, databases, and modern web architecture</li>
<li>Comfortable English; Norwegian is a plus</li>
</ul>
